Why haven’t I received my refund?
Understanding Your Refund
We’ve processed your refund, and it’s now on its way back to you. Here’s what to expect and what to do if you have any concerns.
- Expected Timeline: Most refunds are posted to your account within 10 business days.
- Your First Step: If it’s been more than 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first. They can often see pending transactions that aren’t yet visible on your statement.
Refund Details by Payment Method
- Credit/Debit Cards: Your refund will be sent to the original card used for the purchase.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear (timing depends on your bank).
- It may show as a “reversal” of the original charge instead of a separate “credit.”
- If your card has expired or been replaced, your bank is still responsible for crediting your account.
Helpful Tips for a Smooth Process
- Always check with your bank first if a refund seems delayed, they have the most up to date information.
- Remember that refunds can look different on your statement (e.g., as a reversal or a credit).
- Please allow extra time for refunds to alternative payment methods.
