Common Login Problems and Solutions

If you’re having trouble logging in, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.

1. Incorrect Username or Password

• Make sure you are typing the exact same email address and password you used when you created your account.

2. Forgotten Password
If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it easily:

1. Click here to request a password reset.
2. Check your email for a message from us with a password reset link.
3. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

3. Account Temporarily Locked

• For your security, your account will be locked for 1 hour after 5 failed login attempts.
• You don’t have to wait! You can unlock your account immediately by resetting your password (use the steps under “Forgotten Password” above).

You can sign up for a Visit Local Tavel account by Google or alternatively, by using your email address.

1. Sign up wit Google account

• Make sure your Gmail or Google Account has been signed in on your browser.
• Then click on the Google (Continue with Google)
• Then select Gmail that you want to us, then it will automatically sign in to your account.

Upon successful account creation, you will be redirecting to your personal dashboard.

2. Sign up with your email

• On the top bar, click on ‘Login‘
• To sign up with your email, click on ‘Sign Up‘ tab
• Enter your “Username” and “Email Adress“
• Enter your login Password and Confirm Password
• Accetp terms of use and policy provacy
• Verify reCatpcha then click “Register” button.

Then you will authomatically signin to your personal dashboard.
